Shower, O heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain down righteousness; Let the earth open, that salvation and righteousness may bear fruit. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. In them he has set a tent for the sun, Which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, And, like a strong man, runs its course with joy. Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, And there is nothing hidden from its heat. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen. Shower, O heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain down righteousness; Let the earth open, that salvation and righteousness may bear fruit. Collect Stir up Your power, O Lord, and come and help us by Your might, that the sins which weigh us down may be lifted by Your grace and mercy; for you live and reign with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen. 2020 was a shortened year and as a result, the 2020 Yearbook is being combined with the 2019 Yearbook to save resources. It will be out in January, so if you are submitting a report on 2020, please send it to the church office as soon as possible once the year has ended. Thank you for your understanding and help.
We are still in need of NOMINATIONS for Secretary/Treasurer of Lappe Cemetery and for a Trustee for Lappe Church. If you are interested or know someone who is, please speak with a member of the church council.

Show us your steadfast love, O LORD, and grant us your salvation. Let me hear what God the LORD will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly. Righteousness will go before him and make his footsteps a way. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.
